I imported the wrong previous years tax return. I'd prefer not to redo my entire tax return, again... how can I change the previous year tax data?

Last year I started two tax returns. One of them was experimental to see if Married filing separately would result more favorably. It didn't, but I left that saved tax return. Now, filing for 2017, I accidentally selected that tax return at the step where you import last years tax return.

How do I fix this without redoing my entire tax return?

You don't have a choice. You have to start over from scratch. The simplest way is to delete the .tax2017 file in the documents/turbotax directory and then start the program up.
