I haven't gotten my tax refund yet. I wanted to pay what I owe to TurboTax with my worl paycard, but there's no account tied to it. How can I get it to go through?

Work* I swear I'm not trying to be late or anything, I loterally just cannot figure this out. The only card I use doesnt have like an account login to it, so I can't add it through Plaid.
