I have two last names and only one is printed in the W-2, should I make changes?

As long as the last name on the W2 is the "first" last name on your Social Security Card, this should not be a major issue. But, you wouldn't be wrong to have them change it. What you want to be sure of is that it is not a mismatch with what the IRS/SSA has on file.
