I have submitted my return, but when I scroll down to the "Tax returns and documents" section, it says my state return is pending. Has my return been submitted?

At the top of my home page, I am seeing something that says "oops-an issue occurred. Please check back shortly." and have not received a confirmation email. What do I do? I have tried using a different browser and clearing cookies.

If you have already Efiled, be patient.

This should clear shortly, and you'll get the confirmation email.
