If you paid with the "pay with my federal refund" option, since you don't pay until you file your taxes, there is nothing to refund. If you can, we recommend that you contact us after Tuesday as our call volume is high helping customers finish their taxes before Tuesday's deadline. Your wait time will be much lower after.
