I have paid but decided not to file with turbo tax. How can I cancel my payment and have it returned?

Hi - you'll need to contact our care agents. Note that this only applies if you paid with your credit card. If you paid with the "pay with my federal refund" option, since you don't pay until you file your taxes, there is nothing to refund. If you can, we recommend that you contact us after Tuesday as our call volume is high helping customers finish their taxes before Tuesday's deadline. Your wait time will be much lower after.
