I still have not received my refund on its wed shows has processed on 02/26/2025 and am still have not receive it yet on my bank account no one could provide me information not even TurboTax not even cross. Riverbank and IRS is mentioning that I need to sue cross River bank because apparently they scam me. They stole me. They took my money. They never deposited it to my account. Nobody could give me information what’s going on with this situation is this year TurboTax scam a lot of people

If Cross River Bank is involved, I suspect you either chose the "Up to 5 days early" offer or had TurboTax fees that you chose to pay out of your Federal refund, or both.
In any case, since you couldn't resolve your issue through TurboTax customer support, you can escalate it, if you wish, to the liaison at the office of the president of Intuit. They say they will usually respond initially within 1 business day. But with the weekend coming up, they won't get your request until Monday.
