Have there been any updates made for you on the IRS Where's My Refund site? Once your status has been updated to approved, you should be provided with a date that you can expect your refund to be deposited into your bank account.

If your status still shows as accepted, and it has been more than 21 days, I would call the IRS and ask if they could view your account and provide you with any updates or activity that may not be shown on the website.
