If you e-filed your tax returns, you should NOT mail a copy of your 1040 or your PA 40.

so, i prefer mail paper fotm, i shall send 1040 and PA40 to the corresponding gov. office. am i right?

Yes, that is correct. You need to send Form 1040 and supporting forms to the IRS, and state tax return separately to your state tax board.
