I have desktop turbo tax. My return is filed but I need a printed copy to file my state return. I get to the screen that says print. It doesn't go anywhere.?

The question comes up to print and it says 2 to 3 minutes and it then returns to first screen and nothing! I need a PDF or for it to print.
