I have an offset because of student grants owed but they should owe me an offset amount I checked the irs.gov it said I should have the refund by today and I also haven’t received a stimulus paym

Where can it be if you emailed me I was going to see it in my bank account within 3 business days because my bank may take that long and haven’t received any money
