You can input multiple 1099-Rs.

Here is how to do this in TurboTax Online:

• Navigate to Federal > Income > Wages & Income Summary > IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R) Add/Edit
• Select (+) Add another 1099-R
• Follow the interview to import or manually enter the 2nd 1099-R
