We are still waiting for IRS guidance regarding updating or providing direct deposit information for the stimulus payments and how they will be distributed to these type of accounts.
We will have more information once the government finalizes the details.

You couldn't still be waiting on direction from the IRS considering other people have already received their stimulus. Please inform your customers correctly
If your tax return has your personal bank information that was used to either receive a direct deposit of your refund or was used to pay your tax due then the IRS has your bank information to use for your direct deposit of your stimulus check.
The problem is that when you have your fees taken out of your return money, TurboTax makes an account for your funds to go to first, then they take they're fee, and direct deposit the remaining amount to your account. So even though on the return shown on turbo tax it shows my account info, they had to have given the IRS different info for them to receive the money first to take they're fee out. So essentially, the money would get sent to TurboTax account they had created. Somebody has some explaining to do...
Turbo Tax uses a third party bank to process your IRS refunds. This has nothing to do with your stimulus payment. That will directly go to your bank account and has nothing to do with the third party processing service. I hope this clears up any misconception you have on this issue.
