I had to redo my taxes cause of an error and they took out money 2 times. Do I get money back for paying 2 times?

I payed once and then my taxes came back an error and I filed again and they took out the same amount for my taxes.

Is the charge still pending? If they are pending charges, it will only actually post one transaction.
