Has anyone whos return was accepted on 1/28/2019 least had their refunds approved?

I filed by the 1/28 date and I have not yet been approved for my refund. Likely delayed this year due to the government shut down.

I had the same 9001 code and I received a letter now I'm waiting to be approved again. Still processing it says.

I was accepted 1-28-18 and woke up this morning 2-23-19 to an approved deposit date 2-27-19... my buddy had his delivered 2 days ago due date 2-22--19 when accepted 2-4-19 so a few days after me. Might go by names or not sure exactly. I also have the turbo card which says when approved it should be deposited not wait all the way until due date.
