I got two deposit form the irs to my account, next to the deposit i have irs treas 310 tax ref ? i don't understad what is that ?

It may be that it stands for IRS Treasury Tax Refund, however to be certain, you would need to contact your financial institution as they would be the only ones who can identify how they code deposits on their customers accounts.
