Why would you expect a refund for being audited? TurboTax does not cause you to be audited. Audits can be random, or they can be the result of inaccurate or incorrect information that you enter on your tax return. Please explain what happened with the audits you say occurred. Were they actually real audits or did you receive letters from the IRS because something was changed by the IRS on your return? What was changed? What years were you audited for?
TurboTax guarantees the accuracy of its calculations. The calculations are based, however, on the data that is entered by the user. If you leave out income, or enter it in the wrong spot, or enter something incorrectly, however, that is user error.
