I got an email that I need to amend my Oregon return. Is this for real or a scam?

I See this on one of the official TTX help area pages for Oregon taxes, that "might" have affected you, and "might" be what your email was referring to:

I had to have an amendment done to my taxes which was caused by a mistake the "tax expert" who originally prepared my return and Turbotax is refusing to refund me.
