Read the letter carefully and follow the instructions. TurboTax has no knowledge about your return once it is processed by the IRS.
It says "we're waiting for your tax account information to be available on our computer system. We previously sent you a letter about your form 1040. Which I never receive? So I don't know if they need any information from me?
Is this phone number in the letter so you can ask them?
