I got 2016 1098t after the filing. There is amounts in Box 2, the box 7 is checked and I paid it in 2017. Can I include it for 2017 tax return or need to file amended?

I didn't attend the school in 2016 and resumed for spring semester in 2017. But my school sent my 2016 1098-t form rather than 2017 after filing 2016 tax. Should I file the amended form or can I include it for 2017 tax return? I prefer the latter, if possible.

Yes ... you will use this for the 2017 return not the 2016 return.
