I gave the wrong bank account information and have not received our refund

When the account number is wrong, the IRS (& State) will automatically switch you to receiving a check for your refund, once the bank rejects the deposit. It can take 3 to 6 weeks to receive the check. See the following from TurboTax's FAQ
