I found my taxes on here and I'm having a problem with my refund because it's still saying zero dollars on federal state which I know that's not right so

When I put the dollar amount of 307 is saying that's not the right amount and when I check on my account it says $0 on state and federal and I know that's not right can you please help me figure this out
