I followed Jennifer's instructions to clean out the tax info and start fresh. It didn't work. It brought back the old info

The clear and start over function won't work if you have submitted payment, deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund, or registered. If you haven't done these things that's listed,  then you should be able to clear and start over. You might could try clearing your cache and cookies or just use a different browser before attempting to perform the clear and start over process in TurboTax. For more info, please visit How do I clear and start over in TurboTax Online?
