The amended tax form (Form 1040X) is that form that is not available yet. Currently, it is scheduled to be ready 2/28/19. Check this link for the most up to date information on form availability for TurboTax Online forms:

I filled an amended return for 2021 and i got back filing status rejected. am not getting an explanation as to why it was rejected, or how to fix it. what can i do?
