Actually, no. Because when I go to the IRS.gov website, my refund is STILL being processed!!
Paid $40 Refund Processing Fee & $49.00 TT fees, using the TT program that I purchased. Then, without my realization, my refund is to be deposited into a “Green Dot” checking account, when I was ready to put my regular deposit information for my bank.
My #1 issue is TT said it was accepted (I kept the email), but the IRS is still processing it, as of 2/10/25!! I am in great need of my refund and I don’t know what to do. Any suggestions??

After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.
See this IRS website for federal tax refund FAQ's - https://www.irs.gov/refunds/tax-season-refund-frequently-asked-questions
If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the $40 service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the $40 service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.
For the status of your tax refund you will need to contact the third party processor, Santa Barbara Tax Product Group, using their website - https://www.sbtpg.com/
