I filed my wife and I's taxes on Sunday February 7 and would like to know if it was completed and filed

@outback6000 Did you go all the way to the end and click a big orange "Transmit Returns Now" button?

If so, you should get an email that the return was submitted.  Check multiple email accounts, spam/junk folders, etc.   In a few days, after the IRS accepts/rejects a return, you should get another email.  The IRS begins processing most returns on February 12.   Until then it will likely have a status of "pending", unless the IRS pulls it early for processing.

You can also check to see if you efiled by logging into your Online Account and going to the Tax Home.  What does it say there for your return status--pending, accepted, rejected, printed, started, or what?
