You can amend --- but you are too late to get a better refund for a 2020 tax return if that is what you are hoping for. The deadline to amend 2020 for a bigger refund was May 17, 2024.
Past year amended returns must be sent by mail. You cannot e-file them. Mail each one in its own separate envelope. Do not try to combine them in any way, not even in an envelope. Use a mailing service like certified mail so you will know the envelopes were received by the IRS.

Do not expect quick results from amending. It can take fivemonths or more for the IRS to process an amended return.
