I filed my taxes on February 22nd and I still haven’t gotten my refund check. Is this common ?

Although most refunds are processed within 21 days of acceptance, some returns require additional review which causes a delay in processing. Please see Why do some refunds take longer than others? for more information.

You'll never know! TurboTax does not offer customer service or a general phone number for customers, and they do not have any refund tracking information. Good luck!

We have a customer service line for customers. However, once we submit the return to the IRS for processing, we don't receive any further updates on if there's going to be a delay or not.
