I filed my taxes march 23, Both was accepted. I got my state taxes back, I go onto the irs website and it's still saying my federal is processing, I've tried too call...

I've called and all I get is " can't accept calls" Im at  a loss for words or thoughts at this point with all of this.  Been way past 21 days.

The IRS is seriously backlogged due to all the new tax laws and extra stimulus filings, as well as unprocessed 2019 returns still left over from the COVID shutdown.  Lots of other folks are still waiting (some since mid-February), so please continue to be patient.  Also see:

Trust me, I work customer service, I'm by no means upset at Covid, and how hard and busy their working, I'm more upset at technology and the apps.
