If you e-filed less than 24 hours ago, that is why you're getting the message "No Record Found" at our online e-file status lookup tool:

When you e-file you get back 2 emails.  The first email only confirms the transmission.  The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your e-file. 

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.

You will have to wait until your federal return has been accepted before you can e-file your state. Please see the below FAQ on how to e-file your state return after filing your federal return:
