I filed my taxes and they were excepted on Feb. 9th of this year. I have not received a refund. I have not heard from the IRS. Is there still a delay? Am I being audited?

Once your return has been accepted, only the IRS would know when you will receive your refund. TurboTax does not get any information about your refund.
