I filed my taxes already my bank closed my account after i filed if the where my refund is on the last bar on refund sent

And no longer shows the bars what do that mean it just show the part saying your refund paid child support and stuff what it mean when the bars are erased and no longer cant see it

If you owed back child support and your refund was seized to pay it, then you will be receiving a letter about that in the next couple of weeks.   TurboTax never knows about offsets to your refund for back taxes or child support, but there must have been an offset order in the system for delinquent child support.
