I filed my returns and then saw that the identity theft form was filled in by mistake. But now my tax return is already accepted by IRS. What should I do?

You will want to contact the IRS directly (you can look up your local office online) and call or visit them in person. This year there has been a high number of rejections due to suspected fraud or similar situations and they are asking to be contacted directly to address and process issues faster.
