I filed my 2021 taxes by mail a few weeks ago. I received my state refund but not federal. How long will it take to get my deposit?

Mailed returns always take longer.   It could take four weeks for a human at the IRS to even open your envelope and enter the information into the system.   Once they enter it, you can watch for information on the IRS refund site.

 Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2021 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
