I filed my 2019 taxes and signed up for a turbotax card. I have since lost my card and need to delete my information for the card. How do I do that?

I want to cancel this card.  I do not want a new one.

If you opted into the Turbo Prepaid Visa and lost your card, it is best to order a new one as soon as possible. 

Yuo cannot change the method in which you will receive your refund after the return has been submitted. So your refund will be deposited to your card. 

Please contact customer service by clicking here to order a new card.

Ok so I had lost my old turbo tax card that I filed with in 2019 now I guess my.stimulus was sent to that.old account so I ordered a new card.through green dot just like you guys told me too now I dont also remember my user name or password for my old account I need to transfer my money from my old account into my new one
