I filed my 2016 amended Federal and State taxes but Form 8863-K (Kentucky) did not print out for my state taxes. Do I need to mail form 8863-K also?

If the changes you made to your return did not affect the Form 8863-K, then you should not need to print and mail it with your other forms.

That being said, there is no harm in printing it and including it with the amended return.  It could be better to include it than to leave it out and delay the processing.
