I filed head of House.I filed my taxes for depts.,I had my son & for her dtr it put her as stepchild.I filed my taxes &didn't realize it said stepchild?how do I fix this?

I filed head of household, claimed my son and my girlfriends dtr. I didn't notice that it put her child as my stepchild until I had already sent in the return by efile. Not sure what to do now, what will happen to my return?
