I filed for my refund three weeks ago. I have received emails of acceptance for federal and state efile?

Tax refund for 2019 has not been received. Do I start over and file again even though I have notice its accepted?

You cannot start over, your returns have been filed & accepted.  Once your returns have been accepted, only the IRS & State can tell you when you will receive your refund.  TurboTax does not get any information regarding your return or refund.

The States differ when they issue refunds.

You can check the IRS website Where's My Refund for your Federal information?

https://www.irs.gov/refunds

If you have a State refund, click on the following link, then click on your State
