This is what it says:
STATE-006 - If IRS Submission ID is not provided in the State Submission Manifest, the State must participate in the State Stand Alone Program.
When I log in to Turbo Tax, I cannot find anywhere that lets me "fix my return".
Since your reject is on the state return I suggest going to the state return and go back through the amending process. If when you get to the end of the process and the calculations are correct then go ahead and submit the amended again. If all else fails, then print and mail the amended return.
Follow these steps to print the amended return.
That is the issue. When I log in, I can't select anything to do anything. I can click on the year and see the federal was accepted and the state was rejected but there is no where to see the return I amended.
Yes, you should see Fix my return since your state return was rejected. If you don't see that, select Add State. This will get you in the return again. Once you are in the file, you can follow the steps above to print your return.
As far as the rejection notice, this error means that your state can't be e-filed by itself. It must be submitted with a federal return.
