Your refund being accepted is the first step, then the IRS has to approve it. The processing time depends on when your return was accepted and if there were any delays for any reason. It usually takes less than 21 days from acceptance for e-filers to receive their refund. You can keep track of your refund here at Where's My Refund?. This can help you with any questions about processing. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4495802 This IRS FAQ page will provide more details. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/5340655 This can be helpful too. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4689484
