I e-filed on 1-27 and my status still shows pending. I tried to check my status with the irs and it is telling my information doesn’t match. Any ideas?

its not going to change on irs website until 24 hours after it is accepted.

If you e-filed your return in January, it'll stay in Pending status until the IRS starts processing the backlog of returns. The IRS began today January 27th so it will change once the IRS has got to your return. Information on the pending status and what to expect click here.
