Sorry no one can call you. Turbo Tax doesn't have your W2. Why do you need your W2? For what year? The 2020 W2s are not out yet. You have to get another copy from your employer.

Does anyone know how I can find out exactly what’s going on with my taxes my taxes have been filed since 3/7/24 and I haven’t got a letter from the irs or a update
