@LacrechiaW - it's a long story, but a function of how it words if you had either a loan advance or had your fees subtracted from your tax refund.  It's how TT administered those products.  

worst case you will get a check 

checks are going out in "income order" 

incomes under $10k - week of April 24 

incomes under $20k - week of May 1

etc

Check the IRS website and update your bank information if necessary.

Be sure the "account number" is verified at the Greendot. com website; do not assume the card number is the same as the account number. 

AGI is line 7 on your 2018 return and line 8B on your 2019 return.   Refund is line 21a of the 2019 tax return. and line 20a for 2018
