I do not want to file my State Taxes and made the mistake of clicking on filing them. How do I go in and change to just filing my Federal Taxes?

Please click on the File tab again and go through the filing questions. You will be able to select to file federal now and state later. Here is a TurboTax FAQ with additional information.
