I do not think we will receive our refund from the irs. If I previously selected pay with refund what can I do? I will need at least a week to pay what I will owe.

We never received our refund from 2021, the irs made an agreement with us that they would take money owed from 2022 out of it. However they took this years refund. Unfortunately I do not have a lot of extra money at this time. I'm just trying to find out if there is a way to pick my own date to make a payment on this rather than it coming out of my bank account and sending us under.

You signed an agreement that says TT can withdraw its fees from your account.  TurboTax would have sent several emails to you before they took the money out of your account.
