I didn't recieve my advance

I'm highly concerned it's over an hour and i did not receive the advance that intuit says well be available in 1 hour . I could've went to a different company and definitely received it in.one hour please let me know when i will be receiving it thank you

You’ll receive your Refund Advance virtual card info within 1 hour of the IRS accepting your e-filed return, by email. You should receive your refund advance funds within 48 hours of the IRS accepting your return.
