I did the steps necessary to fill out my RITA tax return but I can not find the option to actually print them in turbotax.

The RITA city income tax returns are part of the Ohio income tax module (there is not a separate module for just city tax returns in TurboTax).

Please note that you can print the R.I.T.A. tax return forms from TurboTax, but you cannot at present submit your return electronically using TurboTax.  Even if you e-file your federal and state returns, you will print out your RITA return to mail in.  You will need to complete the printed return forms and mail them in to R.I.T.A.  The mail address will differ, depending on whether no payment due, payment due, or a refund.

If you prefer, you can e-file your return directly with RITA, provided that you already have a tax account registered with R.I.T.A.
