I did not already file my taxes but TT says I did. It says I amended my 2019 tax return. I have not yet filed at all, so why am I getting this incorrect information?

Yesterday I was still working on the return.  I go back to TT today and it says I amended the return.  It also says that I filed in on 3/23/20, and that it was accepted.  I'm thinking that it might mean my extension was accepted but that is not what it said.
I've been working on the tax return for the past week off and on and certainly did NOT file it.  Has something TT done gone wrong?
