I did my taxes online. It showed my refunds. I took the option to have them mailed to me. Did I have to print out and send them in to get the refund?

Is there anyway I can have my refunds deposit into my account. Even though I did them to where they are to be mailed to me

If you have e-filed your return, there is no way to change the option in which you receive your return.
