I deleted something by mistake how do I get it back without starting over from the beginning?

Then just go back to the section where you deleted it and re-enter.

I deleted something by mistake how do I get it back without starting over from the beginning?

There is no "undo" function in the Online program ... all you can do is go back and reinput the deleted information.
