If your taxable income was below the Standard Deduction income requirements based on your filing status to file a tax return there is no need to file a 2023 return.

Unless you also received a Form 1095-A for your health insurance through one of the State Marketplace Exchanges or from healthcare.gov then you must file a tax return.

Married Filing Separately - $13,850 add $1,500 if age 65 or older
